Leading with compassion, I coach design and development teams toward making their mobile products more accessible. Together, we can create experiences that exceed users’ expectations and respect their accessibility needs and preferences.
My journey:
My journey into accessibility includes leading Eleanore’s Project, a nonprofit that provides wheeled mobility and 24-hour postural care to kids and young adults in less resourced settings. As board president, I guide strategy and foster a collaborative partnership between a disability services organization in Lima, Peru and our volunteer therapists and wheelchair professionals.

Jean Roberts-Guequierre (she/her)

Accessibility and Inclusion focused Senior Accessibility Designer with a passion for empathy, inclusion, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A). I love being an advocate and a strong voice for inclusive design and work well in the Agile environment and across teams to achieve goals. I am grounded in both web and Native accessibility.
My journey:
My journey into inclusion, advocacy and accessibility began at home with my three children who were diagnosed at a young age with disabilities that impacted their ability to learn.

I advocate for participatory and usable design through the evaluation and implementation of accessible solutions that meet the needs of diverse users globally where I collaborate with Fortune 500 companies, tech start-ups, and charity organizations.
My journey:
My dedication to accessibility started at home with my father who was disabled due to a spinal cord injury. I’ve volunteered with therapy dogs, study American Sign Language (ASL) and care deeply about furthering disability inclusion both in my work and in my community, because a diverse and inclusive society is everyone’s business.
